Workshop “Feet on the ground, head in the air: or how to deal with the body in front of an assistance” by Luís Carmelo Talking or telling stories in front of an audience presents us with immense challenges. They are not just about what we say, the stories we tell, or how we can get the attention of our audience. In the end, all this will be related to our body – which also tells stories – and which often poses problems for us: And what do I do with my hands? Where do I put my feet? These options determine the quality of our “presence”, the clarity of our history and, therefore, the level of attention we are able to capture. Anyway, these are the minimum things that this workshop deals with.
