In 2020, the structure presents itself with a new configuration, but it has evocative pieces from the region, namely Praça Marquês de Pombal, the old huts of Monte Gordo beach, the salt pans, the traditional Algarve norms, as well […]

This is a digital and interactive program, which runs over 8 weeks, starting on January 4 and ending on February 28, 2021. The reasons that led to its development were based on the following data: – Between January and March 2020, the sale of anxiolytics increased by 5% over the same period last year (Infarmed, 2020). – Almost half (49.2%) of Portuguese (participants in the study) reported moderate or severe psychological impacts resulting from the pandemic (Mauro Paulino, 2020). – The loss of productivity due to absenteeism and presentism caused by stress and mental health problems can cost Portuguese companies up to € 3.2 billion per year (OPP, 2020). – Previous socio-economic crises reveal a clear association with an increase in Mental Health problems (suicide, mood and anxiety disorders, psychological suffering, etc.) and a decrease in well-being (OPP, 2020) For more information: https://www.facebook.com/events/370780160819474/?acontext=%7B%22event_action_history%22%3A[%7B%22mechanism%22%3A%22discovery_top_tab%22%2C%22surface%22%3A%22bookmark%22%7D]%7D
