The Performative Theater “A (Des)Criação de Adão” will be on stage on the 22nd, 23rd and 25th of April, at 9:00 pm, at Parque de Feiras e Exposições de Lagoa – Fatacil, in the agricultural sector of the enclosure.
Synopsis: In a mixture of loose phrases by Agostinho da Silva, Mia Couto, Afonso Cruz or Lewis Carroll, we enter this journey that takes us from the creation of Adam to the moment of his extinction. Was this God’s secret plan? Whatever it is?
In this creation by Marcus André, with musical direction by Nuno Marreiros, the proposal is to reflect on fundamental questions of human existence: Where do we come from? Who we are? What do we do here? Where are we going? Aren’t we all, in one way or another, refugees?
We are considered the living beings with the greatest capacity for rationality, yet the only ones with the capacity for self-destruction of the species.
The nature of this show is of a solidary nature and the amount donated in the purchase of tickets reverts, in part, to humanitarian aid.
