This session aims to make known the formula to create a daily routine that includes meditation and that will generate a great impact in all areas of our life. It only takes one hour a day to implement this routine and achieve the desired well-being and balance, to achieve our goals, to become a more focused, concentrated and more productive person. In this session, we are going to learn about some actions that we can introduce into our daily routine and that can bring peace of mind to face our daily lives. Once we know these actions and techniques, we will be able to create our own routine according to what makes the most sense and brings us more well-being. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
