Synopsis:
Wadjda is 10 years old and lives in a suburb of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Although she lives in a conservative world, Wadjda likes to have fun, is an entrepreneur and is always testing the limits of what she can do without being punished. When Wadjda sees a beautiful green bike for sale, she decides to try and get the money herself so she can race with her friend Abdullah. But Wadjda’s mother fears the repercussions of a society that sees bicycles as dangerous to a girl’s virtue. Still Films
