Over time, we have lost connection to the spiritual and our essence; social and material advancement become more important than everything else. We stopped valuing the gift that is our existence, both singular and part of a whole. After losing the opportunity to be promoted, João goes into a depressive spiral, which affects his personal life and marriage. On his wife’s advice, João goes to a distant and mysterious beach, where he meets an elderly man who becomes his mentor. On a journey of spiritual introspection and personal growth, João discovers more than the reality he knows: the existence of parallel dimensions and the notion of time as an idea and not a fixed truth. This new understanding of reality will change the life and destiny of not only João, but also that of his wife and his new mentor.
