At the Municipal Library of Silves, on the 15th of April, at 3 pm, there will be a presentation of the book “Até Amanhã”, by Susana Paixão Rodrigues.
The work addresses the connection to the spiritual and to our essence that we have lost over time; social and material ascension become more important than anything else. We stopped valuing the gift that is our existence, at the same time unique and part of a whole.
Synopsis: After losing the opportunity to be promoted, João enters a depressive spiral, which shakes his personal life and marriage. On the advice of his wife, João goes to a distant and mysterious beach, where he meets an old man who becomes his mentor. In a journey of spiritual introspection and personal growth, João discovers beyond the reality he knows: the existence of parallel dimensions, the notion of time as an idea and not a fixed truth, etc.
This new understanding of reality will change not only João’s life and destiny, but also his wife and his new mentor.
