On the 22nd of April, at 4 pm, the Municipal Library of Lagoa receives, in the Multipurpose Room of the Library, the presentation of the children’s book “Por ti, Estrelinha”, by Helena Vieira.
Synopsis: Ana spent every end of the day at the window, in her parents’ room, looking at the sky. What would she be doing?
The mystery of this girl’s strange routine, as small as her name, is finally unraveled when her grandfather Eduardo pays her a visit and tells her the story of the first little star in the sky.
“For you, little star!” it’s a story about a girl who notices very valuable things, but without barcodes, a storyteller grandfather and a little star that shines brighter than the others, but doesn’t know its value.
About the author:
Helena Vieira was born on December 11, 1972 in Angola. She returned, with her parents and sister, when she was two years old and spent the rest of her childhood in the small village of Torres, in the municipality of Trancoso, where she learned the value of small things, which serves as the motto for this first publication. She is the mother of three children and a teacher of the 2nd cycle of Portuguese and History of Geography of Portugal at E. B. 2, 3 Jacinto Correia, in Lagoa and telling stories, in addition to being part of her daily life, is a passion.
