On the 6th of May, at 9 pm, the comedy theater show “A Noite da Dona Luciana” will take to the stage of the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, in Lagoa, which promises an evening of many laughs.
Synopsis: Noite da Dona Luciana (1985) is an irreverent comedy, in the style of Copi. The play blurs the boundaries between imagination and stereotypes linked by the collective unconscious, by establishing an acidic humorous caricature that ranges from everyday reality to the confines of absurdity and extravagance. The situations created are both inscribed in the cliché and the common situation, and dissolve in a fantasy universe.
In a theater a late rehearsal takes place, where the director, the actress and the technician are present. The rehearsal is interrupted by an old transsexual stripper, who gets involved in a confrontation with the Company, throwing the viewer into a spiral between truth and delirium, passion and black humor.
Tickets for this show cost €10 (20% discount with cultural passport, Lagoa Social card or Rota do Petisco Passport 2022, available at the ticket offices of the Municipality of Lagoa) and are already on sale at: https://cmlagoa.bol .pt/ and at the ticket offices of CTT, Fnac, Worten, Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, Centro Cultural Convento de S.
