Transformational Breath workshop

Transformational Breathwork is a unique breathing method which connects the inhalation and the exhalation. Through this way of breathing the body is able to release emotional charge and tension and will relax some of its ego structure. Outdated cell memories are released and you will feel more space, connectedness and inner peace afterwards. You will be ready to let new information in!
