The imagined story of António, a survivor in a deserted village. The memory of that António, testimony of the void. The desert land, the desert tradition. Forgotten identity. This man’s story begins when he visits his dead relatives, as if they were still there. He talks to them, remembers stories, talks about the land, the people, has fun, laughs, sings, prays, cries… and little by little, he crudely transmits a reality that, even though it is unusual, invented by poetics, transmitted in the theater as fiction, it is real, and it spreads, devouring people and lands in the rural world.
