A dynamic active practice where we work with the whole body. Starting in meditation, connecting to the breath and slowly starting to flow gently through the asanas (postures), coming down into stretching and an extended relaxation.
While staying close to the ground, we focus on the hips and shoulders for releasing of tension and letting go of stress. Connected to the breath this practice combines longer stretches (30 seconds to 3 minutes) with slow soft intuitive movements + meditation and extended relaxation.
