The facade underwent a remodeling after the 1755 earthquake. This campaign resulted in a circular pediment, axially framing the portal, flanked by two other smaller, triangular pediments, which connect to the central one.
The portal has a large stonework frame and is flanked by two pilasters with Ionian capitals. The interior is formed by three naves of four spans, all at the same height, with a vaulted roof with ribs.
