A Birthday Show - Faro Gym Club

Synopsis

"To celebrate the anniversary of the Gimnásio Clube de Faro, we brought together the arts of Literature, Music, Dance and Painting, in a show to be held at the IPDJ Auditorium, on January 25th, at 6 pm.

The history of Ginásio Clube de Faro, founded in 1898, is rich in the promotion of various arts, always keeping a special place for words and literature.

This is a one-off show that tells the story of someone who, going through difficult times in life, manages to overcome the storm with a friendly word and their own effort.

Starting with the poetic word, with brief interventions by «Patrícia Oliveira», the story will be told in a Rap tone by the Algarve collective «Lá no 7».

Dance is brought by «CAMADA» - Choreographic Center, and Song by singer and composer «Diana Silveira», accompanied by musician Tiago Rosado.

During the show, we will have a graffiti artist from the Algarve painting a work in the IPDJ atrium, which will be completed at the end of the show."

This event is the result of a partnership between the IPDJ Algarve Regional Directorate and the Ginásio Clube de Faro.
