On November 23, 2024, Silves hosts the 40th Band Gathering, a celebration of music and tradition featuring three participating bands: Banda da Sociedade Filarmónica Silvense, Banda Musical Castromarinense, and Banda de Música de ADR "O Paraíso" from Azambuja. The event starts at 2:30 PM with street performances, followed by concerts at 4:30 PM in the Auditorium of Silves Secondary School. Come enjoy this gathering and experience the magic of live music
