The author, Lisa Valente Guerrilhas was born and lived in Elvas until 2021, when she moved to Portimão, where she still lives today, with her partner and two daughters. With a degree in Nursing and a master's degree in Maternal, Obstetric and Gynecological Health, she considers herself privileged to be able to attend one of the most beautiful moments in human life — birth. Loves traveling, discovering new destinations and sharing moments of reading and reflection,
