Closing concert of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April

Ana Bacalhau, Rita Redshoes, Patrícia Antunes and Patricia Silveira, Viviane, Luanda Cozetti and IRMA, together in Silves this Saturday, at 9pm, at the closing concert of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April “A Mulher é uma Arma”.

Also unmissable is the presentation of the book “1924 Silves – As Vozes da Resistência”, by António Guerreiro, by historian Raquel Varela, at 6pm, and the inauguration of the memorial to political prisoners and anti-fascist resisters from Silven “For Freedom they dreamed and fought” by the artist João Frank, at 4pm, near the Arade River bridge (EN 124).

The concert will be at Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório and the launch of the book will be held at the Hall of the City Hall.
