Workshop – Fig Trilogy

With the arrival of January, a new cycle begins, and the Algarve Regional Museum has prepared a series of different interactions with the community.

On January 25th, the first Workshop of the year will take place, combining the best ingredients from the Algarve and the wisdom of Trainer Ana Figueiras, who will prepare some delicious traditional Algarve sweets and reveal some secrets of these family recipes.

Fig cheese, fig stars and stuffed figs make up this trilogy, always accompanied by almonds, which we invite you to get your hands dirty with and enjoy the aromas, textures and versatility of this ingredient – ​​figs.
