Recante is the latest work that reunites Maria João Jones and Luís Caracinha. In this new musical venture, they blend their passion for the intangible heritage of the Alentejo region with sounds created by monophonic and polyphonic synthesizers, digital processing, accompanied by Ruben Salamanca’s percussion and drums.
