Description
António Vieira wrote a text - an allegory - that speaks of relations between cultures, the defense of human dignity, denouncing corruption and abuse of power, in a timeless speech that deserves to be revisited today. Articulating the original text with contemporary texts, and maintaining the allegory used by António Vieira and its satirical tone, we will address the themes of the 19th century text. XVII that are still very present in various spheres of our society in the political, economic and social spheres: corruption and abuse of power. Increasingly pertinent and timeless themes. With a request for permission from Father António Vieira, let us therefore speak to the fish, since the heretics will not listen to us.
