The Factory | TAL

Synopsis
In a dystopian future, the workers of The Factory are trapped in a relentless routine, where work consumes all their time and there is no room for reflection or escape. The stability of the system begins to be threatened when one of the workers fails to show up for work and failures in daily tasks begin to occur. The order, once invisible, begins to crumble and the system, which seemed solid, proves vulnerable.

It is then that an outsider arrives to announce that the revolution is already underway, inviting the workers to join the movement. This invitation forces them to confront the possibility of radical change and question to what extent they are willing to fight for their freedom and dignity.

As the play unfolds, the workers find themselves forced to make difficult decisions. The struggle between the security of routine and the risk of change becomes increasingly evident, and each will have to decide whether they are ready to abandon the system they have always known or whether they will remain trapped in their condition.
