This course covers the core curriculum of Permaculture design, offering you the tools to create ecological, social and economic systems that effectively provide for your needs while regenerating the landscapes around you for the benefit of future generations. Our teaching team consistently receives praise from students for being knowledgeable, caring, and using a diversity of teaching methods. We strive to balance theoretical learning with abundant practical sessions, some located in parts of the farm where examples of what’s being taught are present on the landscape. Our goal is to offer full learning cycles, allowing students to experience and fully integrate the curriculum. Some of these memories we will find alone inert in old dusty warehouses visited from time to time by a line of yellow light filtered through that narrow window that separates it from the present time. The inauguration will take place with the entrance conditioned to a maximum limit of 10 people at a time inside the space and the mandatory use of a mask 18 September to 21 November 2020 Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4:30 pm
In April 2020 in a deep state of confinement, Luis da Cruz and David Piedade launched a photographic “duel” in which the motto was to photograph in the space of the house, a detail, something from everyday life or the domestic animal, where each one explored , in the imposed limitation that physical space required, its infinite expansion of creativity. The result is a collection of photographic pairs, with the “spirituality” that they felt at the time and materialized for prosperity. This will be the first episode of several that Luís da Cruz will curate in the entire space of Villa 11 … Even in the bathrooms!
